靈的世界The Spiritual World
妳你可知道，妳你現在在何處，未來會在何處？相信若吾沒講，妳你們根本不會知道，妳你生時及死後，都離不開靈這一字。人不是死後，才叫「靈」嗎？答案是當然也肯定，是不是的。人在世與否，都是一個靈體，難道妳你沒聽說過，一個沒靈魂的人，有如稻草人嗎？
我們吃的、用的、住的都有「靈」在
不祇是人或鬼才有靈，妳你每天所食的，雞、鴉、豬、牛、羊，等等諸肉類，也都有靈。若妳你說: 「Sorry hor! 我是茹素的」，吾懇切地告訴妳你，只要是會生長的，都是有生命。更何況，農夫為耕田挑土時，實不知有多少的昆蟲，為妳你而死。這些大量的生命，都是靈、靈、靈……。再者，我們身上的細菌，亦同樣是靈。
甚至我們家中，供奉的佛菩薩及諸神明，又或者我們到外頭寺廟所參拜的佛菩薩及諸神明，全部都是靈，無一不是。佛菩薩屬高靈，諸天神眾屬中靈，地神、地基主、動物靈、陰靈、皆屬低靈。說明這些給妳你們知，祝願妳你們早日脫離迷信與無知，日後對於何事應嚮何求，清楚且明白。
如何處理你身上的「靈」
「靈」充滿上下十方，皆有佛性，滅者當然罪重。罪重者是無法獲超度的，且直接下三惡道，就算劫滿轉世為人，或多災多難，或命運不濟。偉大尊貴慈悲的佛陀，久遠以前，早已開示及傳下往生咒與超度法，冥陽兩利。快快從吾文章中，學習及常唸往生咒，將妳你身上，一切的「靈眾」超度之，畢竟「大家」都生存在靈的世界裡。
Do you have any idea where you are right now, and where you might be in the future? I believe that if I do not talk about this, you would not know that the life you are living now, and the after-life, is all about your spirit. You might asked, “Isn’t spirit only relevant after we die?”. The answer is, of course, no. You are an energy body, a spiritual body, regardless of your existence in this human realm. Haven’t you heard that a man without his soul is like a scarecrow?
The spirits around and in us, everyday
It is not only humans or ghosts who have a spirit. The fowls and poultry, the chickens, ducks, pigs, cows, lambs, etc, which you consume also have a spirit. Should you say, “Sorry hor! I am a vegetarian.”, I would like to tell you sincerely that as long as it grows, it is a living thing. Furthermore, when the farmers plough the field, you would never know the number of insects that was sacrificed for you. This vast amount of lives are spirits, spirits, spirits. Not forgetting the bacteria and germs in our bodies all possess a spirit too.
Even the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and Heavenly Gods we made offerings to in our homes, as well as the temples outside, are spiritual beings. Every one of them. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are spiritual beings of a higher level, while the Heavenly Gods are of a mid-level. The Earth deities, animal spirits, and ghosts are low-level spiritual beings. Explaining this knowledge with every one of you is in the hope that you will not be fooled by superstitions and ignorance, and you will have a better idea from whom to seek help in the future.
What to do with the spirits inside you
Spiritual beings are omnipresent, in all ten directions, and they have a Buddha nature in them, thus it is definitely heinous to destroy them. Those with severe karma would never be delivered, and fall directly into the Three Evil Paths. Even if after their punishment and they are reborn as a human in future lifetimes, their lives would be fraught with misfortunes and tragedies and ill-luck. The great Shakyamuni Buddha expounded, a long long time ago, the merits of the Rebirth into Pureland mantra and deliverance methods to benefit both the living and the dead. Quickly search through my past articles to learn and chant this mantra often to deliver the spirits in your body to the Pureland. After all, we are all living in a spiritual world.
