一包米的禮物The Gift of a Packet of Rice
前些時候，風塵僕僕來新加坡請吾批八字的客人，送了吾和弟子幾包糙米。客人送吾米為見面禮，這還是頭一遭！
從產品包裝看出公司的前景
這米的包裝精美、現代，有種台灣式的溫馨感。
吾認定這個米商必有所作為。當然，這也要看米場的風水和營業方式，才能定奪成功與否。
米的種類也很優，是一種糙米。
送米是很直接地給予人一種糧食、資糧。俗話說，民以食為天，一個人無法充飢的時候，就算你妳給她他金銀珠寶也是沒有用。
為何送米給修行人是一個很好的抉擇？
因為米也代表眾生，是一種很直接的資糧供養，所以此舉有無量的福德和功德。而這修行人將會把這一包米變化無數無量，佈滿大地山川，整個虛空。由此可見，這供養米的客人是多麼的聰明。她也許不懂這道理，但因為她真心的供養，將來會得到很不可思議的回報。
吾想，會收到如此特別的禮物，也象徵吾今年的資糧必定俱足，必能成就更大的菩提事業！阿彌陀佛！
Sometime back, a client, who came all the way to Singapore to get her Bazi analysed by me, gifted me and my disciple a few packets of brown rice. It is my first time receiving rice as a present.
Predicting a company’s future from its product packaging
The rice packaging is pretty, modern and takes after the Taiwanese style, with its warm homely vibe.
I foresee a great future for this rice company. Of course, the Feng Shui of their factory, as well as the business model, must be sound in order to conclude if they will prosper.
The brown rice is of a good quality too.
Giving rice is a very direct way of providing food resource for others. As we very well know, human beings live for food. Your gift of gold and precious stones to a starving man who is near his death is of no use, for he cannot eat the gold and precious stones.
Why is giving rice to a spiritual cultivator a very wise choice?
The grains of rice represent the sentient beings. The gift signifies a direct offering of resource, thereby generating immeasurable amount of merits and good fortune for the giver. Moreover, the spiritual cultivator will transform and multiply that packet of rice into countless amount, to fill the entire heavens, mountains, rivers and universe, as an offering to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
Now you can see why it is a smart move to offer this gift. The person giving it may be oblivious to this principle but when she does it with a sincere heart, the payback that she shall receive will be inconceivable.
I reckon this gift of rice, also signifies that in this year, my resources will be very adequate, and I shall have greater accomplishments in my Bodhicitta career! Amitabha!
